There you will need to provide a credit card and checking account (Or ID Verify in the place of both). But ID Verify will not work for the first registration step.

Tara-Lee: It is only for verification. You card will only be charged $1 (to ensure it is an active card), and then refunded. Once you have that basic account, you can then start up your sellers account.

Tara-Lee: Your card will not be on the system. It is only for verification.
When you start up a seller account, you can sign up with ID Verify to prevent using your card.
